OUR STAFF

From an initial staff of 10, we now employ 55 staff to meet the increasing needs of our residents. Most of our staff live locally in the Pioneer Valley.

The staff ranges from Administration, Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Care staff, Domestic, Maintenance, Kitchen/Catering and Diversional Therapist’s. The staff work together with a number of volunteers as a team to deliver complete Holistic Care.

OUR FACILITY

A main corridor runs through the Centre connecting all six wings.  Between each wing there is a link way where residents and family can share a coffee, watch TV or read a book.

We have a fully functional industrial laundry as well as domestic washing machines and driers.  Residents may get the laundry staff to wash their personal items or for those who prefer to do their own they can use the domestic washing machines.

Our kitchen provides nutritious, well balanced meals for both residents and staff.  Our menus are dietician approved and residents are given a choice of dishes at each meal.  Morning and afternoon tea is served in the link ways and supper is provided at night to those who request it.

An ecumenical service exists for all who wish to attend.  Church services are held on a Tuesday – Catholic Rosary 9.00am and service 9.30am and on a Thursday – Anglican service 9.30am.
